Clean surfaces with warm water and mild soap. Never submerge boards in standing water or place them in a dishwasher.

Prop your cutting board or serving tray on its edge after washing to allow air circulation on both faces.

Rub food-safe mineral oil and beeswax into the kiln-dried hardwood once a month to seal the grain and preserve rich color.
